My journey of healing has been a profound and transformative experience.
I live in Massachusetts with three beloved dogs. I raise Monarch butterflies and tend to a pollinator garden. I am energized by the beauty and power of nature.
My journey of healing began with a head injury. It has been a journey filled with wonders, new beginnings, endings, detours, opportunities, much pain and many many lessons.
I am a Reiki Practitioner with over eight years of experience and have been immersed in the study and practice of Shamanism for the past five years. Reiki and Shamanism have built on my interest and affinity to the natural world.
I am also a hospice volunteer, focused primarily on providing support to hospice patients and families, both in care facilities and at their homes. It is a privilege and honor to serve in this way.
I am deeply committed to supporting others on their own healing paths by sharing my knowledge, experience and skills.
I completed Reiki training through the Master Level with both Lourdes Gray and Libby Barnett. My studies with Libby as a Reiki Master Teacher prepared me to initiate and teach practitioners at all levels.
My shamanic path began by training with Evelyn Rysdyk and Allie Knowlton, whose passion, patience, and dedication have made them enduring mentors. In 2024, I was accepted into Sandra Ingerman’s Advanced Shamanic Practitioner program, followed by her 2025–2026 Shamanic Teacher Training. Learning, practicing, and studying with Sandra has profoundly deepened my connection with Spirit and continues to inspire my work.
